As Founder and CEO of Willow Peak, Erin Fitzgerald brings more than 20 years of experience across nearly every facet of commercial real estate—including acquisitions, investment sales, capital markets, leasing, tenant representation, redevelopment and asset repositioning. Throughout her career at CBRE, JLL, Transwestern and Willow Peak, Erin has been involved in more than $1.5 billion in real estate transactions and the repositioning of over 10 million square feet of commercial space.
Today, Erin leads Willow Peak in acquiring and transforming overlooked properties into high-performing destinations designed for how people want to live, work and connect. Her ability to see value and possibility where others do not allows Willow Peak to create differentiated investment opportunities while helping companies, investors and property owners make smarter, more strategic real estate decisions.
